1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bkc33 platform ("we", "our", "Company") and the user of the platform ("you", "user", "player"). These terms apply to the bkc33.cam website and all related services.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The bkc33.cam website and all gaming and betting services associated with it.
• "Account" — The user's registered profile, through which services are accessed.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The following must be observed:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential — never share them with any third party.

• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

bkc33 is not liable for account hacking or unauthorized access, unless the user has reported the matter in a timely manner. The account holder bears legal responsibility for all activity on the account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Only deposits from a payment account registered in your own name are accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time is 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Payment Rules

• Transactions in the name or identity of a third party are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for gaming purposes only — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawing your real balance before meeting the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• bkc33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• VIP members will receive additional cashback benefits according to their tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on bkc33 are governed by the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets or game outcomes resulting from technical errors may be considered void.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) system is used to determine game outcomes, which is impartial and verifiable.
• For sports betting, official results are used — relevant rules apply in cases where results change during or after a match.
• If abnormal odds or payouts appear due to a system error or display glitch, those bets may be cancelled.
• Bet limits are set separately for each game and event.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• Betting is available on popular sporting events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, decisions on the related bets will be made in accordance with the applicable settlement rules.
• For in-play betting, bets may be confirmed at different odds due to network delays.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkc33 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the game system or RNG.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Registering with a false identity or fake information.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through systematic cooperation with other players (collusion).
• Any activity that could damage the reputation of the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

bkc33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure or refusal to complete identity verification.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Order from a court or government authority.

User's Right to Close Their Own Account

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkc33 is not liable for the following:

• Cases where account information is leaked due to the user's own carelessness.
